David is a customer experience fanatic. He blends decades of business and restaurant ownership experience with a relentless pursuit of service excellence to ensure every patron has a great time here.
Gavin is an Olmsted Falls graduate who has been involved in the art of brewing since childhood, helping out with homebrewing. He has worked in every aspect of the craft and refined his technique at the prestigious Siebel Institute. Since the start of his career, he has been a part of the team that won five medals at the Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup - Two of which were gold. His goal is to create beers with a notably distinct flavor profile and beers that are true to the style.
